Photo Gift Tag DIY

Looking to level up your gift tag game? I created this project when Snapfish introduced collage prints during my time working as Digital Content Manager. Get your photos off your phone and into your home with this easy DIY for picture-perfect presents.
Supplies:
Wrapping paper
Photo prints—Order 4x4 and 8x8 sizes from Snapfish.com or in-store Walgreens pick up.
Scissors
Paper cutter
Hole punch
Twine or ribbon
Washi tape
Permanent marker
Idea #1: Square Photo Gift Tags
1. Start with a 4×4 collage print on Snapfish.com or Walgreens.com (I prefer matte over glossy). Choose the layout with text.
2. In the text box, type in your favorite “To/From” variation. Hit the space bar a few times to create a blank space for writing in your recipient’s name later. In one print, I included a heart embellishment. Change font, size, color, and background color until your print says, “I made this for you with love and a computer!”
3. Order prints and wait patiently for arrival.
4. Punch a hole in the corner of one print and thread with ribbon or twine of choice.
Idea #2: Photobooth Strip Gift Tags
1. Start with an 8×8 collage print. Pick the layout with four squares down the side; you can two photo strips out of one print and use the smaller squares for another project.
2. Add photos to 3 squares on one of the strips. Instead of adding a fourth photo, add a text box to the grey photo area. (You can also leave it completely blank if you want to write a short note.) Customize with text, fonts, and background colors.
3. Order prints and wait patiently for arrival.
4. With a paper cutter, slice photo close to your preferred edge to emulate a photo strip. Secure with washi tape.
Studies show that photo tags pair best with box of See’s Milk Chocolate Bordeaux.
